If you are running VM directly on the hardware and are looking for a low cost nic that meets the strict requirements of VM than this is your card. Sharpie 6/28/2012 6:33:48 PM Tech Level: 5/5 Ownership: 1/5 Verified Owner	Rating: 3/5Great card if you're not running Win7 x64 with more than 3GB of RAM Pros: When installed on Windows OS versions prior to Windows 7 you can assign VLANs etc. with the Intel ProSET tools. It's fast. Cons: The Intel Drivers are not supported in Windows 7 so all the advanced features are turned off. Basic functionality works fine - HOWEVER: If you are running 64 Bit Windows 7 with MORE than 3GB of RAM the card doesn't work at all. Buyer beware.
