Cons: lights are kinda hard to see but thats not rely an issue for me and the cat5 cord that came with it is realy low quality i was afraid I'd pull the wire out of the plastic connector. Other Thoughts: for the price don't expect a super good router its way better than the one most Internet supplier's use. 1 out of 1 people found this review helpful. Did you? Cons: It seemed easy to setup until I tried setting the WPA2 encryption for the wireless. It refused to connect with my PC with any type of encryption including the WPA2, WPA, WEP, etc. It also connects and reconnects about every 10 minutes or so, making downloading impossible. Other Thoughts: It is probably my lack of knowledge with wireless networking that is causing the problems, but the 'wizard' that this thing comes with is really explanatory. My wireless PCI adapter is the Encore ENLWI-G2 802.11g, which this router is supposed to be compatible with. The cable modem has worked fine before installing this router, and my PC never had issues like this before. I have it working now as an unsecured wireless network and it barley holds a connection even thought the signal is 'excellent'. I cant browse web pages for longer than 10-20 minutes before having to repair the wireless network, or reset the router itself. 0 out of 1 people found this review helpful. Did you?
