4 out of 5 eggsWorks as Expected

Pros: Good range indoors, hanging options and cable management options. Easy to set up.

Cons: Pretty Large footprint, occasional reboots

Other Thoughts: I have 8 of these connected to a controller in a large office complex. No real issues, the occasional reboot, but not enough to bother me, considerably less reboots needed than anything else we have tried in the same price range. Works as expected.

2 out of 5 eggsNot impressed

Pros: Easy to setup and manage. Fast when it works and good coverage.

Cons: Drops connections all the time and locks up requiring a power cycle. Some connected laptops can communicate with the rest of the network others can't even if connected to the same AP.

Other Thoughts: I purchased one and tested it for 3 months before I decided to replace our old Netgear Aps (WG102). All the new ones are using the same firmware as the one I tested I bought but they seem to have problems. They constantly drop connections and will stop broadcasting all the SSID’s. Another weird issue I have with them is some laptops (connected to the same AP) will be able to communicate with the wired network and others won’t. Some can get IP addresses others can’t but they are connected to the same AP because I can see them listed on the AP when I login. Very weird issues and I never had any of these issues with the old Netgear AP that these replaced. I highly suggest staying away from these as they just don’t seem to work well. I have used Netgear APs before (WG102) and there were better than the CISCO ones. Looks like I will have to look into HP.
