Am I reading this right? This is router that's also a 2TB dLna server?

Yes, it backs up each PC on your network plus shares whatever folders you set it up are available to all devices on your home network. I mainly got this for the instant backup and server options. The only pain is that you have to navigate through a long directory tree to get to your music, video and picture files if you want to go to a specific folder from a backed up PC. They also give you a All Video/All Music/All Pictures, but you get everything with that option.
