Pros: Worked out of the box without any problems whatsoever and it's been on for 9 months constantly without a headache of any sort. I haven't noticed any speed issues.
Cons: None so far.
Other Thoughts: I use this after my Vonage router with 2 computers hooked up and it's worked just fine for that.
