Pros: None, when any piece of equipment doesn't work like it's supposed to.
Cons: As earlier reviews stated, the WAN port consistently drops packets or just dies. This model did not perform as well as the BEFSR41, which I had for years, and certainly didn't last as long. Dead in one year.
Other Thoughts: Skip this one. Take look at the D-link DGL-4100 & the review section for it, if your looking for a router. It doesn't cost much more than this one & is a far better performer.

Pros: Fits under my WRT54GL Wireless router well :P worked fine most of the time with very few power cycles needed (maybe once every 4 months). going to this from an old Network Anywhere router it was better in all aspects.
Cons: now this is why it lost 2 eggs... unit has no moving parts yet 5-6 months after hookin it up, it has developed a whine ?? I notice a bit of packet loss (didnt really look into it tho, might not be the unit at all) also getting inot the setup page is taking a very very very long time now a days. my main problem is the fact that a router should not start failing after only 6 months.. the network anywhere it replaced was in service for 6 years without so much as a hicup until its demise (power related)
Other Thoughts: i would maybe buy this unit again, but would very much like to see a model with an intergrated fan or something b/c i beleive the whine issue is heat related (its on all the time, hello linksys.. add a fan :D my new home will require alot more ports then 4 so i doubt this will be my replacement..
