4 out of 5 eggsGreat value, missing some features

Pros: Got this router because it was cheap. It's performed very well for day-to-day use in the last year and a half. Even though it's shoved away into the corner of our main room, the antenna is strong enough to reach the whole (2000 sq. ft) house on the N band. With that setup it delivers about 2.0MB/s download speed to all my bedrooms. It's compatible with dd-wrt so I was able to upgrade the firmware and get access to a lot more features that aren't available in the stock configuration. I have my server behind it and configuring the network is very straightforward.

Cons: - NO GIGABIT!
- When I had family over for Christmas and everyone connected their phones and stuff to this AP, it started dropping a lot of connections. I'd guess there were about 6 to 8 wireless devices connected at that time. This was with the stock firmware on a mixed-BG network configuration, so I don't know if dd-wrt or wireless-N mode offers any benefit.

By the way, you can't make a mixed N+G network. It's either B+G or N-only

Other Thoughts: It's not a problem with the router itself, but dd-wrt currently cannot support the 5ghz antenna for this model, so for now I'm stuck with 2.4ghz.

5 out of 5 eggsExcellent Router

Pros: This was a great price when I bought this almost two years ago. I needed a router since I was heading off to college so I bought this refurbished. I thought I might have problems since my experience with refurbished items has not been pleasant but it has not had any problems thus far. No problems connecting to the internet and downloading/uploading has no problems at all.

Cons: None at all

1 out of 5 eggs

Pros: Fast, Wasn't too expensive

Cons: I have to reset it every other day. After having this router for just under a year I now have to reset it minimum once a week and sometimes every other day.

5 out of 5 eggsGreat

Pros: This thing has been running like a champ for me for 9 months. I've only had to reset it when I have network problems related to my ISP and not this product. Other than having to be physically connected to a computer to setup their software, it's really easy to deal with. The included software makes dual band and guest network setup super easy for the not-so-network-literate, but using it isn't required.

Cons: none so far

Other Thoughts: I have the refurbished product.

5 out of 5 eggsSo far so good

Pros: Working great so far. Had an older Linksys wireless router for 6-7 years which finally gave up the ghost. So was willing to try another Linksys router.

Cons: None so far...

Other Thoughts: We are have 4 computers with wireless adapters, multiple cell phones, and an ipad using it without a problem.

5 out of 5 eggsSolid router

Pros: Solid routers for 2 weeks now. Very inexpensive for dual bands as refurbished units. Packing and unit conditions look just like new. Very responsive units.

Cons: All are fine except guest network. You can't modify the guest network SSID. It is basically your own SSID addded with "-guest" automatically to be come the guest ID. This is a minor issue. But for a router at $30 or so, this is an acceptable inconvenience.

4 out of 5 eggsGood Router

Pros: Can't complain about its performance with 2 PCs, 2 Android Phones, 1 tablet, and a PS3 connected simultaneously. I have yet to try any online gaming, however. I didn't have to reset this router yet after a month of use. As expected, Netflix, Hulu, ESPN3 all ran without any buffering issues. Casing looked brand new.

Cons: One thing that bothered me is the PC-to-PC streaming. I was trying to play a 480p video file located on my desktop PC and it lagged quite alot. Hopefully a firmware update will fix that.

Other Thoughts: Good value for a well-refurbished product
