Linksys AE1200-NP Wireless-N Adapter IEEE 802.11b/g/n USB 2.0 Up to 300Mbps Wireless Data Rates WPA2

Pros: Blue Light was cool.....

Cons: I bought a Linksys E-1000 Router and was told to get the Linksys AE1200-b/g/N USB Adapter. It worked "ok" for about ten months. It started to have some problems as my E-1000 Router would not "find it" once in a while? My Desktops are less than 20 Ft apart! Finally it started dropping the Internet or would freeze up as soon as I/E 8 would open. Downloads were "SLOW", especially MS Updates. Now when I plug it in to my USB port, it Shorts out, or Grounds Out, all of the other USB slots. Kills my Mouse, Keyboard, and Back-Up Drive until I remove it? This thing is "NOT" worth $20, let alone the $60 I paid for it a year ago. Now, of course, it's $34.99, still a rip off. Spend the extra money and get a better one, or one that's compatible with whatever Router you're using.

Other Thoughts: Linksys Customer Service is a joke. I could not understand three different Customer Service Agents. It sucks nothing is made in the USA anymore....
Newegg is still #1 though!
