2 out of 5 eggscould not get it to work

Pros: Good documentation

Cons: I could not get it to link up to the router

Other Thoughts: I spent a day trying to get it to link to the router. I was unsuccessful. Then I realized it will only take an hour to drill the wall and hard wire this computer to the router. I did not want to drill the wall but it now it is the easiest solution

5 out of 5 eggsWorked just Like It Should

Pros: I have used this adapter several times and have never had any problems with it. I used it this time in a building where it was on the third floor and the router was on the first. I had great signal.

Cons: None

5 out of 5 eggsFast enough, Easy to use

Pros: N150 is perfect for a Wifi USB device for the price I paid. Getting 4.5MB's or 4500KB/s. Was $12 with sale plus promo. For $50 I would not have paid more for anything faster. Comes with a USB cable so the device isn't sticking out the system.

Cons: No plug n play, need to install drivers. Plug n play would have made it perfect

Other Thoughts: I'd recommend this for any system builder that doesn't want to waste a pci slot on a WiFi card like I did.

5 out of 5 eggsWorked

Pros: It worked pretty well. The signal was strong enough. For $20 dollars, it's a good little back-up device for whatever.

Cons: None that I know of.

Other Thoughts: I bought this as an on the fly device for troubleshooting and whatever. I had an intention of putting it permanently into my fathers computer but decided it was more useful to me as a spare. I do not know if it is good for heavy use or not. I did get to try it out for a few hours and it seemed stable and good connection.

5 out of 5 eggsShell Shockers rule

Pros: It is plug and play on my Win 7 Pro

Cons: None

Other Thoughts: I Plugged it in and and away I went. Now My router has enough free ports for Pioneer receiver's internet radio, Non-WiFi Xbox and cable box, with one to spare. I need to be able to plug in an Ethernet from time to time and having a free spot is nice. One day everything will come with wireless, but until then dongles for all! And the bonus is a nice long U.S.B female to male cable. It was a Shell Shocker so the price was right.
