Cons: Wifi cuts out every week which requires a hard reboot of the router

Other Thoughts: The reason that I gave this item 2 eggs instead of one is because when it is working, it is very quick. First initial setup was simple and it was up and running in less then 1 min.

I currently have 2 Wifi routers on the same network. The D-Link is my secondary router and is used for the basement and backyard. So, it is not used often. But when I do need it, it seems like I need to always have to reboot it before I can connect to it.

Pros: So easy to set up! I purchased this for a relative. She asked me to set it up for her but anyone who can read can set this router up. Step by step instructions. Impossible to screw up. So easy, a caveman could do it.

Also, the router functions great!

Cons: There are none.

Other Thoughts: I should have bought more. This is the perfect router for the computer illiterate and it's cheap. It would make a perfect gift for Christmas or whatever occasion.

Cons: I got this router from newegg on Oct. 2012. It worked well for 3 months. In the past 3 months, I suffered and really annoyed from the router problem. It always shows me the 404 redirect webpage, and says "Oops! The page you requested is not available",'Make sure your internet cable is plugged into the router' suggestions." There's nothing wrong with my modem or cable! This webpage is already on the top of my mostly visited webpage of my chrome browser. It sucks! I called dlink support, and it only worked for several days. DON'T BUY THIS!!!!!!

Other Thoughts: I bought this for my sister (who doesn't care about electronics as much as I), and it works well for her. Range is mediocre, but covers the first floor of her house well. $17 with free shipping on Black Friday 2012 was a steal

Pros: This is a nice little router if you can nab it on sale like i did. very mod-able.

Cons: it doesnt have the features of a $40+ you can add some of them with open firmware.

Other Thoughts: slam gargoyle on it, and you can use it as a client bridge. looks like you can even add a usb port if you are handy with an iron.

Cons: everything. worst wireless signal coverage i have ever seen.

Pros: Highly/easily configurable, great signal strength, superb value, attractive/small form factor, wireless N

Cons: Only N150, Only Single Band. Not much to complain about at this price point.

Other Thoughts: This is simply the best deal I have ever received in networking. A wireless N router with awesome firmware and reception for 18 dollars delivered (I got the sale price)? I'll take it!

Setup was a breeze, and I'm happy to see that configuration later on is VERY customizable for such a cheap unit. Port forwarding, triggering, system logging, application rules, website rules, server communication, easy installation, etc. I just cannot believe what a great deal this was. Highly recommended. If this product lasts even 6 months, it will have paid for itself.

Pros: None - junk. Price would be a pro if the thing worked.

Cons: Junk. Do not buy. I'm on my second one in 6 months... first one was (eventually) replaced under warranty by Newegg. Manufacturer's warranty was one year, Newegg acted like they were doing me a big favor by replacing it after 3 months. Second one interferes with other nearby electronic equipment and now it's blocking websites (local weather forecast from NWS, to be specific.) Save your money, spend a little more and get something better... this thing is a waste of time and money and a disappointment. I don't think it's gonna let me give it a zero.
