5 out of 5 eggsworks without any problems

Pros: works without any problem. item has a contemporary and sleek appearance, actually looks attractive.

Cons: none.

Other Thoughts: worked with dlink 655 and now works with my new asus rtn66u dark knight. it is an apparently simple device. dlink is a dependably good brand.

5 out of 5 eggsGreat

Pros: Great product. Shows internet link with orange LED device link with green LED. Transfer rates of 110+ MB/s with cat 6 cables.

Cons: none

Other Thoughts: Just wishing i could educate the world on the differences between Cat 5, Cat 6 and wireless speeds.

5 out of 5 eggsGreat!

Pros: Cheap. Got it here on one of those 24 hours sales for half off. Looks good. Works great.

Cons: None

Other Thoughts: When I first plugged it in it didn't work. I left it alone for about a month. Later I replaced some of my cat5 cables with cat5e. I don't know if that was the problem or not but I plugged it back into the wall and everything worked!

4 out of 5 eggsWish it was flat

Pros: It's a great switch (espescially if you get it on sale). Only took an egg away because you can't stack them because of their shape.

Cons: Rounded top.

5 out of 5 eggsThis is awesome for home/desktop use

Pros: * Reliable
* Supports jumbo packets up to 9720 bytes.
* Supports 802.11p QoS packets such as VOIP traffic.
* Auto MDI/MDI-X detection, no crossover cables needed.
* Simple plug-and-play use.

Cons: A bit expensive if you don't get it on sale.

Other Thoughts: I've purchased about a dozen of these, and all of them have worked right out of the box. It was a lot easier to slap some of these in offices where running new CAT-5e/6 cable was undesirable. Those offices have multiple workstations running gigabit speeds and VOIP with no issues after several months.

Just an excellent, basic network switch. Couldn't ask for more when the price is right.
