5 out of 5 eggsD-Link PowerLine Network Adapter

Pros: It's truly Plug and Play. Just plug it in and it works. Runs Netflix just fine.

Cons: Unit is a little bulky. Hard to fit beneath a 3-prong outlet, but it works.

Other Thoughts: Had major issues with Wireless to far end of the house. Installed this and no problems at all. I have it connected to a Sony BluRay player and there was no issues with setup. Runs Netflix beautifully. Highly recommended.

5 out of 5 eggsAmazing

Pros: Everything. Does everything that you need and is very stable and secure. use this on my rig and never had it go down, cuts your ping in half compared to wireless and is much faster.

Cons: A little bulky but it's easy to get around.

Other Thoughts: best 70 dollars ever spent.

5 out of 5 eggs

Pros: Easy just plug and play. Fast.

Cons: Its size makes it hard to plug other things into the other open plug on the outlet. Some two prong plugs fit but none of the three prong plug I tried fit.

Other Thoughts: I have a larger three floor town house so my wireless signal doesnt get to all the places I want. So this enabled me to bring a wireless N access point to the top floor of my house withought having to run CAT5 through the walls.

5 out of 5 eggsD-Link PowerLine Network Adapter

Pros: (1) Plug and enjoy. No settings, no configuration, no nothing - just plug and enjoy. My Comcast cable modem is on the first floor, while my noisy Thecus N2100 NAS is in the basement-level garage (where WiFi does not reach reliably) - works a wonder! (2) Even though the manual says not to connect into power surge protectors etc and preferably not to connect power to the same outlet, for me it works fine even I violate these recommendations (i.e. plug the NAS' power into the same outlet, and in another case plug the adapter into a power strip.

Cons: Nothing so far. Maybe a wish it is to be smaller?

Other Thoughts: It would be interesting to test down the road performance of other "power plug" standard compliant and cheaper devices with this D-Link DHP-x0x devices. Presumably, any power plug compatibl device should work fine with these - the question is, what network speeds at?
