Pros: Works fine, when working.

Cons: Getting past the cheesy plastic construction for a router that costs over a hundred bucks, the router locks-up or drops the connection intermittently. All indicator lights (idiot lights) indicate everything is fine - but it isn't. You have to reset the router to get your connection back. My ISP on-site service checked signal and monitored for signal drops: no signal drops from the ISP. So, we bypassed the router, and the problem disappeared. Reinstall the router, the problem reappears.

Other Thoughts: Good luck trying to submit a ticket on the D-Link website. First, you get to a non-scrollable page (use TAB key or mouse wheel, depending on which field is active to get past this awful programming), then when you finally enter in all of the data (serial, firmware, hardware, contact info, etc.) and hit "submit", you'll get a screen that says the URL cannot be found. Their web genius that created those pages needs to be beaten with dead fish and then fired. Very hard to believe that D-Link did not do this on purpose. Way beyond irritating. They owe me a working router and a neck massage - because they are a pain in the neck. If this is not resolved in a phone call on Monday morning, this is the last D-Link product I will ever waste my money on. Cheesy construction, product failures, then fetid customer service? Yikes!
