Matthew H. 7/23/2015 9:24:00 PM Ownership: 2/5	Rating: 1/5Randomly Resets to Defaults This review is from: D-Link 8-Port EasySmart Gigabit PoE Ethernet Switch - Lifetime Warranty (DGS-1100-08P) Pros: Works well when not used as a PoE switch. Cons: This unit resets when used as a PoE switch, and doesn't simply reboot, but rather resets itself to factory defaults. I purchased this for use in a desktop test network with multiple vLANs and PoE devices. If even a single PoE telephone is connected, the switch will reboot and lose its configuration within a few hours. I returned one for an exchange, and will be returning the second, with the same symptoms, for a refund. Other Thoughts: Purchased from wholesale distributor, not Newegg.
