5 out of 5 eggsSolid

Pros: My connection has been solid ever since I installed this router. Great for at least 2 computers simultaniously running gaming and voice chat. Video streaming is great as well.

Cons: Nothing negative worth mentioning.

Other Thoughts: I have this paired with a Buffalo Nfiniti Wireless-N WLI-UC-G300N

4 out of 5 eggsWorks, a little long in the back

Pros: -Works as described.
-Connects at 300mbps to a bufflo router.

Cons: -Doesn't stream 1080p well/perfectly
-a little long in the back, important if using for a desktop and back it all the way up to the wall

Other Thoughts: In all fairness, I'm going through 2 walls and to an ASUS O!PLAY media device. It seems like the only real way to get responsive 1080p playback is to still have your SAN or media location on a hardline

5 out of 5 eggsHigh quality adapter

Pros: I have owned the G300N for a little over a month now and am very impressed. Rock solid reliable 50 ft. from Netgear wireless router. Can't wait to use it to full -n potential with Buffalo's WZR-HP-300NH when it ships stock with dd-wrt. Excellent signal strength, has not dropped a connection once. I'm on Comcast cable and regularly see speeds of 10-12Mbps browsing, and up to 18Mbps p2p (our connection is supposedly 16Mbps, according to Comcast)

Cons: It is somewhat longer (at about 4 in.) than other adapters, but its strong signal and ability to hold it make up for this in my opinion. It has a small (tiny) blue LED to indicate its connected, which may irritate some, but I think it looks cool and really don't seem to notice it. It does seem to get better signal strength when connected via the supplied usb dongle vs being connected directly to a usb port.

Other Thoughts: Apparently it doesn't take well to expansion cards, as XP would not recognize it when first attached to a USB port on a PCI expansion card which drives my printer, a wireless keyboard/mouse, and an external HDD. BUFFALO hardware is quality stuff!

3 out of 5 eggsUncertain

Pros: Had some difficulty installing it on Windows 7 X64, but it did work. Might be because I also had a currently installed Wireless-G adapter that was running, as well as a new Wireless-N router.

Cons: Had to set the properties tab to enable Wireless-N. Default is Wireless-N disabled.

Other Thoughts: Was only able to attain speeds of 144 Mbps at a distance of 15 feet from the router. Did not see any improvement over Wireless-G.

5 out of 5 eggsFantastic piece of Hardware!

Pros: Easy to install, SPEEEEED, Compatibility

Cons: NONE!!!!

Other Thoughts: I've owned--and recently gone through several different wireless USB adaptors, trying to determine which one worked best, including Linksys and Belkin adaptors. None of them worked this well and gave me such a strong connection as this one did. There weren't many reviews on this one, but the other person mentioned they bought one on a friend's recommendation and had a good experience. I have Win 7 x64 and this thing works flawlessly. I'm only buying Buffalo products after this!

4 out of 5 eggsWorks very well

Pros: I had heard good things about Buffalo products from a friend so I decided to purchase this when I upgraded to Windows 7. The throughput is much better than my previous Netgear WG311T wireless card. Installed easily in Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit. Connects to my home network quickly and has very good throughput. I only have a wireless-G network setup so I can't speak about the wireless-N capability. So far I am extremely satisfied with this.

Cons: Large size.

Other Thoughts: I really like this wireless adapter. If you are looking for a really small wireless adapter then this is not for you. Otherwise it works great!

5 out of 5 eggsWorks

Pros: Works well. Good signal. Works with Windows 7 64 bit

Cons: big

Other Thoughts: I wanted to get away from the Dlink and Linksys so I bought a Buffalo Nfiniti WZR-HP-G300NH and it only made since to buy this usb adapter with it. I installed the card on a windows 7 64 bit machine the drivers are on the supplied disk. Do a driver update from Device manager and have it search the driver folder on the disk it will find the drivers. At this point I have no issues and transfer rates are much better than with my G setup. Over all I am happy.

1 out of 5 eggsDoes not work on Windows 7 Home Premium

Pros: Works on XP Pro.
Installation CD does the job for XP install.

Cons: No drivers for Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit on the installation CD or at Buffalo's site.

Other Thoughts: Try something else for 64-bit Windows 7.

5 out of 5 eggsWorks as described

Pros: Works on Windows 7 with driver disc install.

Cons: Nothing against Buffalo, but this adapter is listed as being compatible with the WDLiveTV HD, as listed by WD. It is not, and it does not, work on mine (which I purchased here just prior to this purchase). Its a bit large if you are planning on using it for a laptop.

Other Thoughts: It won't go to waste with 6 other computers in the house!
