Pros: Got 3 of this NIC, and want to put two into a PC. Sucks. You only can put 1 NIC into each machine, second one won't work as tested on Windows or Linux 2.6.x. fast, 33 MB/sec when transfer large files.
Cons: Only 1 NIC into each machine. Driver for Linux did not compile.
Other Thoughts: Never buy cheap again...

Pros: The price was unbelievable for a product that works this well. It installed easily into an HP Pavilion Slimline with the included half-height bracket. Windows 7 recognized it and installed drivers. I'm using it with equally inexpensive Gigabit switches. (See a theme here?) The increased transfer speed between computers is very noticeable.
Cons: None so far.
Other Thoughts: The card is shorter than a standard PCI slot which had me a bit concerned. Some research revealed that the manufacturer left off the +5V supply and +5V return pins that the card doesn't use. (probably a way to save some cost). The card aligns using the notch and works fine.
Don't try to track the Newegg DHL/USPS shipments. You'll drive yourself nuts! Just trust it will be there on the USPS expected delivery date shown.

Pros: Easy to install. Installed 6 throughout our office PCs. 5 of them took under between 5-10 mins to install and 1 took 15 due to a motherboard glitch.
Speeds are obviously not as high as perhaps a PCIex version, but plenty fast.
For test a 6.44GB file took just about 5 mins to transfer. Previously, it would take 20-25 mins to transfer that same file.
Cons: None.
Other Thoughts: For the price they are a great unit for small offices or home use.
