1 out of 5 eggsFailed in less than a week

Pros: >Inexpensive
>PCI has its benefits when dealing with micro ATX motherboards
>Connected perfectly until it failed

Cons: >Cheaply made
>Strange interface
>Failed after 3 days (Note it happened randomly when accessing google chrome)
>Froze my computer

Other Thoughts: For the price, its an okay card, but you get what you pay for. It work amazingly for 3 days when it began to freeze my computer when trying to access google chrome, and sometimes steam. I switched browsers, thinking this was the problem, and it worked.... for 3 more days. By the 6th day, the card no longer functioned whatsoever, and windows diagnostic said the card was malfunctioning. Whenever I would attempt to connect to my network, the device froze my computer. I have heard highly of Rosewill before, but I will never again purchase one of their products.

1 out of 5 eggsFroze my system!

Pros: Worked some of the time.

Cons: Used this card for a new PC build. I would gladly have paid 3x what I paid for this card just to avoid the problems it caused. Caused windows 7 x64 to freeze (had to hard restart every time) when closing ANY internet browser, along with a few random times as well. Took days to pinpoint the problem. Removed the card, uninstalled the drivers, problem GONE. System 100% stable for 2 weeks now.

Other Thoughts: Wish I would have listened to my buddy and just ran an LAN cable in the first place. BTW, 2 other wireless adapters DID work fine without issue in this computer (one USB, one PCI).

3 out of 5 eggsMeh

Pros: Has adequate signal, driver installation was easy

Cons: It is a Wireless G card so its signal strength is a bit weaker than a Wireless N (I thought this was Wireless N when I bought it but I guess I didn't double check first).. had problems when I first got it.. I kept losing internet connection.. so I placed my router closer to my computer and now it works fine

Other Thoughts: Spend the extra money and get a Wireless N card so you don't have to worry about connection problems

5 out of 5 eggsIts what you need

Pros: You don't need more power than this provides if you want to just use the internet for yourself. I have been happy with this simple card.

Cons: Slower than other cards but only on paper if you ask me.

5 out of 5 eggsVery quick and easy, best one for your money hands down

Pros: Very quick installation (didn't even use the disk, grabbed the driver off website)
Low profile
Cheap as hell

Cons: None, really

Other Thoughts: A lot of times these pci card wireless adapters can be finnicky about their driver (my old dlink one is like that, and I'm pretty sure I'll be picking one of these up for myself to replace that one in my htpc) - my brother has had zero problems with his in his new build, great reception, too. Better than my dlink (we tested it side by side when we built his tower and had it in my living room, my dlink had 3 bars at best, his was just about full)

5 out of 5 eggsNICE!!!

Pros: Easy to configure for windows XP or 7.

Cons: Don't like the native wireless connection utility that is installed from the CD. Not intuitive to use and hard to figure out. THis is coming from someone that fixes computers for a living. I SUGGEST TO TURN OFF THE NATIVE WIRELESS UTILITY SOFTWARE AND USE THE WINDOWS WIRELESS CONFIGRATION TO CONNECT.

Other Thoughts: like i said above, the wireless software off of the install CD sucks, but no worries if you use the standard Windows wireless utility to connect instead.

5 out of 5 eggsWorking Well

Pros: Adds wireless to my desktop
Works, never dropped a signal

Cons: None...yet

Other Thoughts: Well, what can I say. It's just a plain old PCI card that lets me add wireless to my desktop. I've had it for just over a month now, and it works great. Gets a very good signal and long range and gets very fast transfer speeds. It works, and that is all that matters to me.

One thing that I didn't like about it was the built in Ralink wireless utility. I don't care for it, I would rather use the Windows wireless utility. I switched to the Windows utility and everything works fine.

3 out of 5 eggsNot a great WLAN card.

Pros: This card is fully functional, and with the newest drivers it runs. Game connections are good, so playing games using this wireless adapter works fine.

Cons: Not a very strong connection. Does not seem to interact well with 802.11n. I have extremely slow DL and browsing speeds using this card.

Other Thoughts: My low speeds may be due to some configuration on my home network, I'll keep this card around as a backup since it was so cheap.
