2 out of 5 eggsNot up to speed

Pros: Install was easy enough. It did get me connected.

Cons: After using this for a while, and my computer puzzling me why it was sluggish at times, I upgraded my internet speed to 45 Mbps. However, I could not ever reach 20 Mbps with this PC. I tried everything, compared it to my laptop which was getting 45 Mbps, drivers, switched PCI slots, verified no interference, etc. I called Rosewill who didn't give me much of a fix, but they did give me credit towards a new purchase. Thanks!! I'm not sure if mine was a faulty unit or what. I will be buying a newer faster card with better antennas next time.

Other Thoughts: I never found anyone else who had the same issue.

4 out of 5 eggsPoor Stability

Pros: -Good for small homes

Cons: -Comes with a measly antenna

Other Thoughts: From my experience with the card, it needs five bars to work to any degree of functionality, and the antenna it comes with doesn't provide that. This adapter is great for people doing light internet browsing or some gaming, but it will be a little slow for people that need to download and upload a lot of data.

1 out of 5 eggsTERRIBLE

Pros: Cheep. Other wise none.

Cons: Driver that it comes with on a disc causes my computer running win 8.1 pro to blue screen. The drive off there website does as well. Found a different driver thru driver tool kit and the card now works sometimes, and my computer no longer blue screens. DO NOT BUY!

1 out of 5 eggsDidn't really work

Pros: Product looks professional, well packaged, arrived quickly

Cons: Apparently does not work with windows 8.1.
After installing the card and drivers, it caused my HDD to make A high pitched buzzing noise. Also, never really provided a stable internet connection and gave my PC constant BSOD errors. Removed card and drivers, issue stopped. Wish I could give it a higher rating, but again, card apparently does not work with Windows 8.1

5 out of 5 eggsGreat adapter for WinXP & Win8.1

Pros: This card has the Ralink 2561T chjipset, and one may search for drivers for that chipset if the Rosewill drivers don't work, although I had no issues with the supplied drivers. It installs in just a few minutes and works well for WinXP & Win8.1 even though specs doesn't show Win8 support. For the Win8 install the Found New Hardware wizard doesn't detect the adapter, but simply running the "Install Drivers" that comes with the card installs the drivers for you. You do need to have Windows manage the wireless connection for WinXP and Win8 instead of the utility that comes with the adapter, but I prefer to have Windows do that anyway. Excellent signal strength and no problems at all, and I highly recommend this adapter..

Cons: Windows should be used to manage wireless connections if that might be considered a con, but I prefer to do it that way myself.
