Pros: EASY INSTALLATION, LOCATED NETWORK QUICKLY EXCELLENT RECEPTION FROM OVER 40 FEET. WORKED NICELY ON WINDOWS ME. VERY HAPPY AND NEWEGG DID IT AGAIN WITH THE SHIPPING, IT WAS HERE IN 3 DAYS. FOR THE PRICE, I RECOMMEND THIS CARD HIGHLY.

Pros: I have 2 of these, 1 in a system running Windows Vista 64-bit and 1 in a system running Windows 7 64-bit. Both work fine and perform well. My signal strengths are great considering the computers are at different ends of the house from the access point. You can't beat the card for the price, especially when it works so well.
Cons: Wireless management software is clunky and appears poorly written.
Other Thoughts: As others have already said, get the latest software from the manufacturers site and only install the drivers. Windows does fine handling the rest on it's own. Bad signal strength can be caused from a variety of factors in the environment and isn't always due to bad card design/quality.
