4 out of 5 eggsSolid, Good rpice

Pros: Good price, Solid device. Drivers work from windows update.

Cons: Need to connect to internet for windows update. CD contains rosewill wireless manager crapware. Had to install from device manager and point to CD to get drivers w/o junk software.

Other Thoughts: Used this to connect when my ethernet card died. It's great if you have a connection to the internet, just plug and play. If there is no connection, the CD works, but the autoplay installer adds unnecessary wireless software. Had to plug in and update unknown deveice driver through device manager, pointing to the CD as the driver location.

1 out of 5 eggsPlug and not play

Cons: so cheap it doesn't even work. First time ever plug n play doesn't work. First and last Rosewill purchase. Its not even the money, as much as the time wasted

5 out of 5 eggsWorks

Pros: What is there to say - the product works and is priced very reasonably. It hasn't been tested at extended ranges because it is used to connect to a wireless router in the next room.

Cons: Its to big... blocks stuff from going in.

2 out of 5 eggsCannot Recommend

Pros: It has a decent range for such a small device.

Cons: The adapter simply does not wake properly from various C-States in Windows 8. Commonly, after putting the computer to sleep, a reset of the device is needed for it to work again. After waking from Hibernation, the device usually needs to be unplugged and re-inserted. These actions take anywhere from 30 seconds to a full minute for me, and make the task of waking the computer much more arduous. I really have no complaints about the range or effectiveness of the adapter once it is working, as I did my research and it suits my needs. But, its stubborn tendency to remain asleep is infuriating. This is the last product I will ever purchase from Rosewill.

Manufacturer Response:

5 out of 5 eggsGood little Wifi Adapter

Pros: It's cheap, and it works.

Cons: None so far

Other Thoughts: I got this because I to had to get a wifi adapter quick and needed a decent one. It hasn't given me any problems at all and I've had it plugged in since I got it and constantly connect and disconnect from networks.
