3 out of 5 eggsyou get what you pay for.

Pros: Lasted a bit under a year before problems.
Pretty decent speed when it worked.

Cons: Drops signal
at the 11 month point signals dropped often.
constantly needs to be un-plugged and plugged in again.
gets pretty warm.

Other Thoughts: just go with the NETIS WF-2116 if you HAVE to use a USB adapter.

5 out of 5 eggsa gem

Pros: for people looking for b/g/n wireless adapter, highly recommend RNX-N180UB, which has been reliable, very good speed, plus excellent compatibility with both Windows and Linux,

despite its small size, it has very good transfer speed, tested about 25ft away with 3 walls in between wireless device and wireless router

Cons: none

4 out of 5 eggsIt just works

Pros: It works as advertised. I bought it to replace an older adapter that didn't want to connect to my U-verse router and it worked great.

Cons: Wish it were more plug and play, but installing the drivers from the disk wasn't a big deal either.

Other Thoughts: Good value from a reliable brand.

2 out of 5 eggsbought in 2010 - doesn't work today.

Pros: Speed was decent at the time, and portability was nice since it was USB and allowed upgraded wireless in older laptops. Had a couple of these over the years. (2010)

Cons: All three I ordered in 2010 are no longer functional, either due to them breaking, or the components no longer working.

2 out of 5 eggsDon't Buy This Garbage

Pros: -Cheap

Cons: -Feels cheap
-Stops working every 3 minutes
-Constantly needs to be unplugged and replugged in
-Not that good internet even when it is working properly
-Drivers need to be uninstalled and reinstalled in order for it to properly work for half an hour

Other Thoughts: Don't buy this, it's basically a scam.

4 out of 5 eggsPurchased 10 of these and Still Going STRONG!

Pros: Purchased 10 of these over this past year and very happy with every one.
Pros: 1) Very well packaged in a nice retail box.
2) Very small and compact in size
3) Includes the Driver CD
4) Works nice out of the box
5.) Supports WPS
6.) 300MBps and not the slower 150MBps as most are in this price range
5) 300MBps

Cons: 1.) Can have a weak signal behind a few walls
2.) CD does include some bloatware. (FYI... Install the Drivers only)

Other Thoughts: A well rounded USB adapter and you dont get a decent 300MBps adapter for this price. Decent support from Rosewill. Nice Retail Package. Well worth the money especially when it is on sale.

3 out of 5 eggsWorks... Mostly

Pros: The price of this adapter is quite good. It's easy to setup, and does work.

Cons: I never got above 70Mbps. My router is an N router that transmits at 300Mbps, and other devices in my home utilize that (or close). However, this device, no matter where it was located in the house, never got close to its stated speeds.

Other Thoughts: If you really need a wireless adapter, this one will work, but don't expect the speeds that are claimed.
