4 out of 5 eggsWorks great on both PC and Mac

Pros: Works great with drivers on rosewill website for Mac. I've used this on power PC macs too (non intel) without a problem. Switching back and fourth between platforms is an every day thing for me, so this is a great tool for connectivity when needing it on any platform. It's also cheap!

Cons: I don't like the connection window which pops up on Mac. Feel like it should run at the top, next to the clock like the airport does, or at least as a control panel item. That connection window stays permanently open on Mac machines

Other Thoughts: Hope it lasts. I like it.

5 out of 5 eggsWorks great!

Pros: Works great.... It was easy to install on an older laptop using Windows XP.

Cons: None.

Other Thoughts: Installed this adapter in an older Dell D610 Latitude laptop that was getting "low" to "very low" reception through the built in Dell Wireless mini-PCI card. I placed the adapter high on top of my desk, using the free cradle that was included with my order. The reception has gone up to "very good" status, so I am pleased with the performance so far.

5 out of 5 eggsInexpensive access point

Pros: I bought this mainly as an inexpensive access point, and it was very easy to set up. Never had my connection drop. I have no opinions of its station mode as I'm not using it.

Cons: No cons, works great.

Though the manual never mentions how to use it as an AP. You just hit mode>access point in the WiFi manager it came with.

Other Thoughts: I'm very pleased with this product. And for the $11 price I paid, its even better. I would of bought this even at the original price regardless. Plus it came with a USB cradle that came in handy.

5 out of 5 eggsWorks great!

Pros: No Complaints, works great. I have my router on the other side of the house and can still hit it from outside, garage, den, living and get full strength. been using it for more then 6 months. There is software to install, but that is no biggie, just don't lose the disk. Easy to install

Cons: None that I can think of.

Other Thoughts: Great device for everyday use.

5 out of 5 eggsSo far so good!

Pros: So far no drop connections. Gets pretty good speed/signal for the price paid.

Cons: none so far

Other Thoughts: Intended to use on a laptop, but got the wifi to work. Now on a desktop. If usb slot is side by side, might block the other when when plugged in.

5 out of 5 eggsWorks on Mac OS 10.8

Pros: Cheap cheap cheap

Cons: Mac OS doesn't have native driver. Attaching to network requires using a separate network utility app (comes with driver). Blocks neighboring USB port on my Macbook Pro a little bit due to wide plastic shell.

Other Thoughts: I'm running this on a Macbook Pro which has a bad on-board wifi chip on Mac OS 10.8.2 Mountain Lion. Although it's not advertised, Rosewill's website has a driver for this product which is listed as being for OS 10.7 but it works fine on 10.8.2 for sure, which is the latest Mac OS out as of this posting. Here's the URL if Newegg doesn't bleep it out, or Google "rosewill rnx-150ube driver" and click the first link which should go to rosewill's website: http://www.rosewill.com/products/1595/ProductDetail_Download.htm

5 out of 5 eggsIt works

Pros: I recently had to take the PCI-E wireless card I had out of my PC in order to fit the new GTX 650Ti I bought inside. As a result I needed a new wireless USB adapter in order to communicate with the wireless printer we have. The printer only communicates wirelessly directly with our computers instead of through the home network. Despite being across the house the adapater is able to communicate with the printer easily. The drivers are a snap to install and the the network utility is fairly simple to use. Nothing out of the ordinary and fairly standard.

Cons: None.

Other Thoughts: Pretty good deal with the cradle that came with it. Now I don't have to have an antenna getting in the way of me manipulating the cords on my computer.
