+ Reliable. I've owned it for 4 years and I've never had issues
+ Impressively strong receiver for a small cheap device. It has significantly better WiFi signal strength at the same distance as my Samsung Galaxy S5

Cons: - The antennae is kind of big, but that is shown in the picture.

Pros: Works well with XP. Driver/software installed with no hitch.
Works just as good as a PCI wireless card.

Other Thoughts: It came with a USB-2 cradle as a promo-combo.
So it sets on top of PC tower for great reception.

Pros: Inexpensive, does what it is supposed to do.

Cons: slow

Other Thoughts: As I stated, this wireless adapter does what it is supposed to do. The install was really easy. However, my connection is really slow, but that is what I expected. I was just looking for something until I had a bit more money and could invest in something better. It will do the job for now.

Pros: Gets good signal in a room where my iPad and Galaxy S6 frequently lose WiFi signal. Pretty easy to set up and use. Can be plugged right into USB port, but also comes with extension.

Cons: Instructions are not super clear. Had to restore computer after first installation.

Other Thoughts: When you run the install CD it tells you to plug the device into the computer during installation, DO NOT DO IT! Install and my entire PC locked up, and would not restart. I had to go into safe mode and run system restore to fix the problem. Afterwards I installed with the device unplugged and everything went smooth.

Pros: nothing

Cons: Will permanently loop your computer.

Pros: I bought it for my son's computer. The signal is good but that's only about 30-40 feet from the router through a wall.

Cons: Shows up on the list of devices that I can disable or disconnect when I go to eject a flash drive.

Other Thoughts: It works.

Increased download speed over built in adapter

Cons: Instructions confusing.

Other Thoughts: Windows 7. The manual refers to this as RNX-N150HG, but it doesn't install as that. It installs as Atheros AR9271. If you're installing on a laptop that already has a built in adapter, you will need to go to the control panel and disable it. If your router has WPS, use it for installation; it makes everything much simpler. I found that this adapter increased my download speed at speedtest.net by a substantial amount.
