5 out of 5 eggsGreat Connectivity

Pros: Great reception, 5 bars all the time.
Easy to install. I converted to the low profile bracket, installed to motherboard, attached antennas, turned on pc, installed driver from cd, restarted, in a matter of minutes it was working.
Great Throughput, speedtest.net registered twice the downstream of the previous adaptor.

Cons: none as far as I'm concerned, although for you non-tech types you do have to open your computer case to install this pci-e adapter.

Other Thoughts: I purchased this to replace an usb adapter (WUSB100) that had worked great in the past but in the new apartment's current location was only getting 3 of 5 bars and getting sporadic throughput, a total frustration for my HTPC.
Picked this one up for $20 after newegg coupon code, works most excellently streaming 1GB files to and from my HTPC. I would recommend it to my friends and family and why I bothered to write this review.

1 out of 5 eggsStarting to fail on me after 4 months

Pros: Price was low

Cons: After 4 months of use:
Randomly disconnects from network and has very slow downrate speeds (1-5 Mbps) even when located next to router.

Other Thoughts: Was working great at first (gave it a good review for just working) and then went downhill from there. Reinstalled drivers, relocated computer, power cycled/reset router. No improvements. Other devices in home have better downrate/connection performance even at farther distances. Not looking forward to the warranty process.

5 out of 5 eggsFine Product

Pros: I have had this product for a few months now and I have yet to loose connection. I get the same download speeds as with an Ethernet cable, approx. 15mbs. My computer is located about 50 feet from the router and passes through one wall.

Cons: Not really a con, but the card is green and all of my other components are black. Kinda stands out if you have a window.

I move my desktop a lot for Lan parties and such, sometimes the antennas rotate and come loose. Not a big enough problem to loose an egg over though.

Other Thoughts: You get what you pay for, and this card is worth the money.

5 out of 5 eggs

Pros: Easy to install. Works as advertised, no problems as of yet. Good signal strength even for online gaming through a wall and floor to the router that's about 20 feet away, ignoring obstacles.

Cons: Antennas occasionally get in the way of plugging in cords to the I/O panel, but that comes with the territory of having two antennas sticking off the back of the case, but they are pretty easy to move out of the way.

1 out of 5 eggsPlease buy a real brand and don't support Rosewill

Pros: Cheap, 2x antenna, claims 300Mbps but never came close to achieving this

Cons: Severe problems after 13 months connecting and actually down/uploading, I'd say it is completely dead, it is funny how the warranty lasts 1 year.

Other Thoughts: My first Rosewill product and definitely my last. I highly recommend to everyone reading this to buy a real brand, for all products. I should have bought the Asus one I was looking at when purchasing, a little more $$ but I know it would have lasted at least 2x as long

2 out of 5 eggsInternet often cuts out

Pros: -Can get internet
-Uses a PCI Express so I don't have to use up a USB slot.

Cons: I live in an apartment, and my router is in my living room to work with my TV, but my desktop which uses this wireless adapter is two rooms over, and using the internet on it is sometimes good, but most of the time painfully slow, and it cuts out often. My laptop always has a perfect signal in that room, as does my cell phone.

1 out of 5 eggsalmost useless

Pros: Can get internet access

Cons: It shows great signal 144mbps rate but the download rate is no more than 5 mbps.
When transferring files between computers it barley reaches 1mps.
sometime the internet slows down and isn't useable at all.
all this while it shows excellent connection

Other Thoughts: I disabled sleep for the device and set pci-e to full power.
Tried both with win8 drivers and drivers from rosewill's website.
test were done 2 feet away from the router as well just to be sure.
Cellphone and laptop get much better speed at the same location.

1 out of 5 eggsNon-functional after 1 week

Pros: Had decent speed and connection quality while it was working.

Cons: Broke after 1 week. Was unable to connect to any network, could not activate in PC settings.

Small gripe, but the antennae are very big. It was odd getting my cables past them because if you move one, the bottom bumps the other one. Not a deal breaker, just awkward design.

Other Thoughts: Wouldn't buy again. Put another $20 or so into it and buy a better quality one from a better company (bought an ASUS one and it works fine now)

5 out of 5 eggsGreat

Pros: Strong reception; I am now able to see networks in my neighborhood I've never seen in my list before the use of this adapter. No issues whatsoever.

Cons: The antennas that provide that great reception are really large, not just in length but also in diameter. There is zero reason they have to be that fat, though I'm fine with the length if it gets me that good reception. They're heavy enough they don't seem to like to stand up at an angle under their own weight. Not removing an egg for this, though.

Other Thoughts: This review was for the RNX-N250PCe wireless adapter.

2 out of 5 eggsWorked for 2 days

Pros: Easy to install , compact , and price is good. works well when it was working

Cons: So far this item has not been working at all..

Other Thoughts: I owned the device for an instock item and for a few months , I have installed it recently into a windows 7 computer and it worked for 2 days.and not nothing can event detect it , driver wont install , and we have tried from CD provided and from rosewill site.
