We have had three fail in a two week period with no resolution. -Won't allow you to use PoE switches. Manufacturer Response: Hi Diane T., We thank you for your time in posting your comments and feedback. We are sorry to hear about your experience with the PoE injectors for the ENH500. PoE injectors keep on frying may indicate that they were experiencing power surges from the power source. We recommend that you use a surge protector and make sure that the EPE-24R PoE injectors are properly grounded. Alternatively, you can use the EPD-4824 PoE convertor to power the ENH500 with a PoE switch, eliminating the need to plug in a separate adapter. If you need assistance configuring or troubleshooting EnGenius devices, please call our customer support team through our toll free number at 1-888-735-7888 (Monday –Friday, 8:00am – 4:00pm PST). I'm getting very good speeds and no interferences. it was very easy to setup and install. I've been using EnGenius for a few years now a several hotels as both APs and Bridges and I have no had any issues yet. they're putting out some good products. Cons: nothing to complain about. Cons: None Other Thoughts: Used for a 300 yard wireless bridge between two buildings. One brick and one steel and they work great about 15-20ft off the ground for me.
