Pros: Went from an Encore B/G pci card to this and immediately noticed the difference. My signal stengths are 100% anywhere in the house, whereas they were 75-80 with the old one. the 128 bit wep is also a ++
Cons: 3 antennas are good for signal but for a configured system its a bit of a puzzle to rout them around the other half-dozen cables coming out your case. Encore software conflicts with Windows wireless managment unless you fully configure it. Note: it doesnt matter what version of windows or what card you buy.
Other Thoughts: Pros highly outweigh Cons in any case. For value and quality pick up one of these

Rating: 5/5Great card!
Pros: I put this card into a fresh install of Windows 7 for my media / living room computer, and it worked as soon as windows loaded up. Had no conflicts with the drivers in Windows 7. Shows full signal from about 40 feet away from my router (going through 2 walls also). Depending on the site I download from I've seen it hit as high as 600 kbps. Streams Netflix, Youtube, and Pandora all without a single hang up.
Overall, extremely easy to setup and very high quality card. If you're on the fence about this card, don't be, just buy it. You'll be glad you did.
Cons: None whatsoever.

Rating: 5/5Works and it's fast
Pros: Works when you pop it in, and its fast. Hasn't given me any problems since I bought it back in April of 08. It works on XP, Vista 64 bit and Windows 7 64 bit. It's quick, and works with generic Windows drivers so you don't have to deal with third party software. It's a good card at a good price and I wouldn't hesitate to get another one. It's better than the Linksys one I bought at the same price and it's WAAAAY better than the Netgear one which was more expensive than this one.
Cons: Honestly can't think of any.
Other Thoughts: The antenna are a bit fussy. You'll almost always get a really good signal but sometimes you've got to play around with them a bit.
I've got it hooked up to a Linksys WRT64G2 right now. Running on Windows 7 64 bit, on an Asus M4A89GTD Pro, but I've also run it on an M4A79t Deluxe.

Rating: 5/5Good wireless card
Pros: Didn't have to install any drivers with Win7. Recognized it automatically when I booted up. Works just as it should.
Cons: I only get 2 bars of connectivity (see below)
Other Thoughts: The computer is also in the basement. The wireless router is on the second floor. So if I can get a solid wireless connection through two stories with a $25 card, I'm satisfied.

Rating: 1/5Does not work on Windows 7, 64 bit
Pros: Cheap
Cons: Default windows drivers did not work. Updating drivers through device manager found drivers but gave me a "Windows found driver software for your device but encountered an error while attempting to install it."
The software on the CD installed fine but wouldn't launch. I couldn't even get this card to install drivers. RMA here I come.

Rating: 1/5Doesn't work on Windows7
Pros: None :(
Cons: Didn't work on my Windows 7 Ultimate 64bit machine. Tried installing new drivers, even tried an RMA, but no matter what I did, the card wouldn't work. I tried it on a Windows XP machine, it worked periodically on that one, but stopped working after a certain point.
Other Thoughts: Wouldn't reccomend this card for any machine, didn't work for me, don't waste the money.

Rating: 1/5Oh No!
Pros: None
Cons: I installed this item in an XP based system and it caused it to crash---repeated appearances of the ominous blue screen of death. I put it aside thinking that maybe it was the XP, but recent events have caused me to install Vista on the same system. Unfortunately I got the same results--the dreaded blue screen.

Rating: 5/5Works with Windows 7
Pros: While the disk that comes with this device says it will not install onto any windows OS but XP and 2000, the drivers installed and the device worked automatically. Connection is fast and uninterrupted so far.
Cons: None so far.
Other Thoughts: The guy on the disk's main menu looks like a pretentious twit. Avoid looking at his tight black Steve Jobs turtleneck if at all possible.
