Pros: specs looked good. SOLID build.

Cons: POE didn't work out of the box. Not one single port. Set my project back another three days waiting for another brand to get here. Never tried zyxel before, won't again.

Other Thoughts: got good reviews here, guess i was just unlucky and got the dud.

Pros: Great power output and does not overload like many other name brands

Cons: heavy for its size

Pros: Simple to setup, EEE compliant, lights and outlets on the front, documentation is well written, auto-negotiating, auto-crossover, 15.4 watts per port.

Cons: I am forced to enter something in the cons box but there are none.

Other Thoughts: The LAN sockets are now on the front of the unit, together with the indicator lights. The actual unit does not match Newegg's picture anymore (as of 12/26/12). Power cord and master power switch are on the back. There is also a 'IEEE802.3az ON/OFF' button on the front. This activates/deactivates the 'Energy Efficient Ethernet' function. Your POE device has to be compliant to use this feature.

Pros: Good price ($65)
Performs well as a 100Mbps switch
Performs well as PoE
Received very quickly - kudos to Newegg (Mystore365)

Cons: Only 4 ports are PoE

Other Thoughts: I should have gone for a gigabit speed and maybe more PoE ports. Each camera takes about 2.5Mb of bandwidth at HD resolutions (1280x800).

Pros: Provides 64W (instead of most other's [like FS108P] 32W). Interesting that Newegg left this crutial information out.
No dangling power supply, just a standard detacheable power cord. Thus no sparking power plug which sounds and looks like a short circuit when you plug it in. Those plugs are very sensitive to motion, too. Just reposition such a switch and all attached POE stuff reboots.
Has 2 mounting holes on the bottom, so you can slide/hook it onto 2 screws at the wall.
Solid metal case & design. Comes with "ears", very practical for mounting, too.

Cons: Lights not next to the jacks, but on the other side. Well, it makes it look nicer but is not practical. Also, they should use larger labels, I mean there is plenty of space, why cram everything?
Just look at the (3rd) front picture, those tiny 1..8 port lights and their even smaller descriptions. Too small and too narrow spaced.
And all in black!

Other Thoughts: I recommend that Newegg includes the actual power offered. I mean these are P-(for power)-OE switches.
It is extremely missleading from Newegg to leave this fact out.
You literally have to dig on other sites for this.

Most POE equipment needs the full 15W, at least to start up, so for instance the FS108P with 32W fails my IP cameras when I plug in more than two.

Pros: Bought this for testing IP phones at my desk, works perfectly. All I needed was an unmanaged switch that passes any tagged VLANs through which was just what I got. Plus it is quiet with no fan, and the power supply is internal so it doesn't take up a lot of power strip real estate! Rack mount tabs/screws, wall mount screws/anchors, and rubber feet all included. It is not tiny but not huge either, my USR modem that gets used two or three year sits on top nicely.

Cons: None, other than it has no Gigabit uplink port, but I knew that when I ordered it.

Other Thoughts: For some reason when I read the description I thought it had 8 PoE ports but it doesn't, it is a 4x4 switch (4 powered and 4 non-powered). If you look at the pictures closely you can see it is a 4x4 switch but Newegg should try to be a little more clear in the descriptions on these small ticket items but then again a quick Google search would have likely given me that info too.

Pros: Internal power supply
4 ports are PoE
Rack mountable, includes brackets.
Wall mountable, includes screws and anchors.
Silent, no fan.

Cons: Only 100Mbps
RJ45 sockets are on the back.
