Pros: Also works fine with Microsoft Lync 2010 and audio quality is quite good. Speaker phone feature also works great.

Cons: Handset may not support adding a shoulder rest due to its design so hands-free use of the handset isn't comfortable for long periods of time. I suppost that's why they make wired and wireless headsets.

Other Thoughts: Overall it's a great product for use with Microsoft Office Cummunicator 2007 or Microsoft Lync 2010 and possibly other VOIP systems.
