With 64-bit/128-bit WEP (Wire Equivalent Protection), intruders will have a hard time leeching off your wireless network, while NAT and SPI firewall protection keeps the wired Internet baddies away. Sets up easily with Belkin Easy Install Wizard-automatically detects Internet settings and self-adjusts Router to get you online in under 3 minutes.
Small, economical, solid protection . . . this might well be the wireless router you NEED. Check it and see.

Very Good Router
- Pros: Inexpensive, easy to use
- Cons: May need firmware upgrading
- Other Thoughts: Don't pay much attention to the negative reviews here; all routers have "quirks." Belkin is a good one. It doesn't overheat like the more popular brand and Belkin sticks behind their LIFETIME warranty, no questions asked. (I had one go in power surge and it was replaced by the new model.) I've installed many of these over several years and all are rock steady.
No Complaints
- Pros: Excellent web interface, allowing easy, informed configuration. Great for anyone who is new to setting up a wireless network, including advanced features like DHCP, static IP, WEP/WPA encryption.
- Cons: Cannot create a ASCII key for encryption. However, it will convert ASCII to hex for you, producing a VERY LONG hexadecimal key.
- Other Thoughts: I was looking for a very inexpensive wifi router that worked well. I wasn't sure what Belkin would be able to provide in the way of routers, but I am extremely pleased. I would recomment this router to anyone looking for a simple, affordable wireless solution.

- Pros: Brilliant router when it works. I have a previous version of this router that has been going strong for at least three years.
Easy to use interface, though a little slow with the constant password requests if you have a lot of changes to make.
- Cons: I bought another one of these routers for my grandmother's house, and it worked for three days. Took it back to my place, swapped the power supply with the one from my router, and it worked fine. Power supply failed.
Easy A+++
- Pros: Worked easily out of box, config page was easy too
- Cons: Dont support N but u get what u pay for
- Other Thoughts: Might need a firmware update
You get what you pay for.
- Pros: For home use.
- Cons: Poor GUI
Would stop working temporarily if you have too much requests. Not good for gamers.
- Other Thoughts: Works for people who just browse the internet and use a laptop.
