Pros: very cheap works and was easy to install.

Pros: Cheap, unobtrusive, works most of the time.

Cons: Tends to drop out occasionally, always when my wife is using it. I tried moving it closer to the router, 2 ft. instead of 5 ft. , by using an USB extension, but no effect. Problem is easily solved by uplugging and replugging, but this aggravates my wife no end (see prior comment). This is the reason I gave 3 eggs instead of 4.

Pros: TINY! (Won't block USB slots)

Other Thoughts: A very nice hardware/software package, especially for the price.

I wonder if some who have had trouble have waited long enough. Once the "Scan for networks" window appears, it takes about 3 minutes to fill in. If you are impatient and quit or reset, not sure if install would be corrupt. So wait for the networks to appear.

As soon as it installs, Windows will get the Realtek updated driver.

Pros: Works great with Windows 7 64 bit. Plugged it into a USB port on my desktop system and Windows automatically downloaded and installed drivers for it. Didn't need the driver CD. The size of it is great. :-)

Cons: None so far.

Other Thoughts: Will be ordering more of these when needed.

Pros: Cost

Cons: Below average speeds, advertises 150 MBPS but is really only getting between 48-54. Have new Netgear router broadcasting higher speeds than this. Also lose connectivity all the time while my router and cable modem aren't the problem.

Other Thoughts: For 10 dollars, I guess you get what you pay for. It was a mistake to waste the 10 when I could have put it towards a more reliable and up to date adapter.

Can you please check the Wireless Channel bandwidth in the NetGear router. Please select Auto 20/40Mhz than 20Mhz. If you select the 20Mhz, the maximum speed will be in half. For example, a 300mbps wireless router will be 150mbps maximum for wireless clients.

Also please make sure you use WPA2 AES encryption in your NetGear router. If you use WEP or WPA TKIP as the wireless encryption, the maximum speed will be 802.11g which is 54mbps only.

If your computer is a desktop computer, please put EW-7811Un on the front USB port. That would help the tiny nano adapter get better signal from your wireless router.

Pros: Fantastic! Does just what it needs to do. I can play games up in my room with my router in my basement. Although it can't replace a hardwire connection, you won't be upset with this wireless. Easy and quick installation.

Cons: None!

Pros: Small, decent range. Can't expect anything more.

Other Thoughts: I purchased this because my boss handed me a notebook that looked like it should have a wireless card in it but didn't. For $10 it doesn't even pay to ask her to reimburse me! It's worked just fine in every location I need it to work -- I am not downloading or uploading a lot but need to access network-based data (and it's adorable).

Pros: It works...

Cons: DOES NOT work with 64bit linux... despite the "details" section saying it works with linux. My other wireless receiver works better.

Other Thoughts: I guess i can still use it in my windows 7 machine when im not gaming. So i'll only get internet on my linux box when im not gaming. ...yay. Id also suggest changing the details section to say 32bit linux.
