Pros: I got what I wanted!

Cons: Could not test it because my Cisco AP is busted!

Other Thoughts: Short and stocky. Could be longer(She said).

Pros: It's your basic antenna... far superior to your retail store access point antenna in terms of range, signal strength, and signal quality.

Cons: None

Other Thoughts: If you pick up a Cisco AP (1242ag in my case) keep in mind that you will need to purchase antennas like these, as they do not come with the AP.

Pros: They work, but I have no means to compare them to any other products like them.

Other Thoughts: This is one of those simple devices that seem to either work great or not work at all. Since an antenna's job is only to focus radio energy, I can't test its capability by citing range, which would more depend on transmit power. The only thing I can say in this respect is that I can still get a signal outside the antenna's coverage arc, but then radio waves aren't like laser beams, so that's to be expected at close range. I can't test at farther ranges since "outside the antenna's arc" means above or below it.
