Great Security Appliance
Pros: Came highly recommended by all technicians in my area. Great support and features.
Cons: The interface and setup were beyond me. There is step by step setup, but some terms were not clear. I maintain Windows 2008 R2 file servers and a network of 25 users, but it was easier to hire someone familiar with the device to set it up for $75/hr. It took him 1.5 hours, and he was able to explain what he was doing, but I wouldn't have been able to configure it myself.
Other Thoughts: Complex setup, but by far, the best appliance in it's category. Newegg rocks!

Software Riddled with Problems
Pros: Cheap, feature rich, easy to setup - hardware much more powerful than prior series. Their VPN has support for Win 7 for both 32 and 64 bit OS's, and they appear ahead of the curve with VPN software versus companies like Cisco. Their product and licensing management is very nice - helps you clearly understand where you are and what you need to purchase at a glance.
Cons: You'll find perhaps core features work without problems on one OS revision, and has sporadic issues on another. If you need a solid an reliable product for a business, I would not put these at the top of your list they just are 'buggy'.
Other Thoughts: You can normally get through to technical support rather quickly, but their support group understands little beyond their product line and from my experience only have basic networking knowledge and when the GUI or their instructions fail them, you're out of luck. Unfortunately, their products and software at just hit and miss. Avoid upgrading OS's if you find a stable revision in your environment or you'll be sorry.
