Pros: Very customizable, yet easy to setup. All the advance features a small business might need with the ease of a very nice interface and wizards if you need them to walk you through common items. The most advanced firewall / VPN device you'll get at this price point. VPN works flawlessly with other VPN devices/software and has enterprise class configuration features. Alot of devices in this class force you to VPN only with other VPN's of the same manufacturer or the manufacturers own purchased software.

Cons: Needs higher feet to raise it up to keep it from becoming a hotplate. I made a custom foot for it, as long as there's some space underneath and above it, it remains fairly cool.
No Gigabit ports. Not a big deal for most, would have eased my network layout somewhat (especially if your using VLANS), essentially makes the other ports useless as LAN ports because they'd only inter-communicate at 100mbps.

Other Thoughts: I had tried several VPN firewall/routers for small business, alot of them just added a couple features to their home class models and had several severe limitations when you tried anything out of the ordinary. This is a real device with a massive feature set. Highly recommend!

Cons: Could be faster need more memory

Other Thoughts: This is a very nice firewall. I love it and it does everything I need it to do. I just wish it had more memory to handle all of the features it provides. I wouldn't recommend you turn all of the features on because it will slow down your network as the more you turn on the slower it would be due to all the inspections it has to perform. I have had zero problems with this firewall and it's been running since I bought it.

VPN is pretty straight forward. The device was easy to setup and the wizard was pretty good. I recommend this to anyone looking for a small business or home business firewall.
