AZiO BTD-V201 Micro Bluetooth Adapter USB 2.0

Pros: Cheap

Cons: There's a reason it's cheap. Pay for what you get. The plastic cover cap comes off after first removal from the USB port. I installed drivers but it doesn't detect all of my smartphone bluetooth services. The ones it does detect don't work anyway. Not my phone, it syncs just fine to other devices I have. I was going to RMA it but it's not worth the time and money to ship it back

Pros: It worked with Linux. That's literally all I cared about. I'm using mine to sync up PS3 controllers using QTSixA

Cons: the ip bluetooth contains a 0 and it's a problem in my project.

Pros: Small, easy, non intrusive. Windows 7 automatically knows what to do with it, all you need to do is enable a Bluetooth service and you're golden. Light not obnoxious. Great range, good multitasking compatibility (can handle multiple wireless xBox controls at once), allows use of a wireless remote to control your computer's media playback.

Cons: Data transfer speed isn't the quickest, but at this price, cannot complain.

Other Thoughts: Haven't fully tested the extents of this device, nor fully explored it's potential, Bluetooth is growing every day as a secure wireless communications device and I felt I needed to get my gaming desktop ahead of it's time.

Pros: Seems to work with most 3rd party applications and has great range in my apartment.

Cons: Doesn't work with motionjoy.

Pros: So far so good! The device installed perfectly on Windows 8. The software it came with is easy to use. All my Bluetooth devices are detected and paired with my PC (Asus tablet, Bluetooth headset, PS3 controller). I haven't done extensive testing but so far the reception I get with my headset is pretty good and the distance I can stray from my PC is at least 10 - 15 feet without any drop offs. Really great product!

Other Thoughts: I've used this to connect a Wiimote to my ubuntu machine and it just works. I also use this on a win7 computer with a bluetooth keyboard & mouse and it just works.
