Took 2 minutes and my headphones were paired and working. I was hesitant to get this with the negative reviews for windows 7 but these are working with no problems so far. Cons: Whenever I am looking at microphone details, be audio cuts out for a few seconds. Very minor but I can deal with that Other Thoughts: For the price, it works and was easy to install. I'm pretty close to my computer so can't comment much on range, but the audio sounds great and hasn't stuttered so far (more than I can say about the MacBook Bluetooth). Cons: I had problems trying to connect my Bluetooth headset even though the adapter supposedly is compatible, but it connects to other devices with no issues. Cons: The software it comes with is very buggy on my Windows 7 x64 machine. From what I understand, it's hard to find a good bluetooth adapter setup for Windows 7. Windows 8 has better native support for bluetooth, so keep that in mind; as this may work better for Windows 8.
