N/A 12/5/2012 2:52:44 PM Tech Level: 5/5 Ownership: 4/5	Rating: 5/5These are great! Pros: These phones are great! We have over 200 in production and they work great. Just make sure you update the firmware to the latest version. Creating a custom provisioning template took a day or two to get setup, but now all my phones are pretty solid. You can customize the display with whatever image you want (we use our companies logo). Cons: The angle adjustment is fairly limited. Other Thoughts: I dont know what that other guy is talking about. He probably didnt upgrade the firmware, like he should. Also, you cant knock a device because you got one that was DOA... it happens to everyone. Get over it! The second one has to be rebooted once a week or all it does to the other end of the line is play a repeating tone when you try to call out. Rebooting is a 3 minute process at the very least. Other Thoughts: I was trying this out as a replacement to the Snom 320's we use, but given the poor quality of the device I will be investigating another brand. Did you find this review helpful?
