5 out of 5 eggsAwesome

Pros: Works great, has gotten me out of several jams in XP, where I didnt have the driver for the built in wiresless or wired, then pop this in, put in the CD and Im online in minutes. Now I can get the drivers for the internal network cards.

Cons: None so far. I like this thing so much, I just bought 2 more. Will test them out, and write another review.

Other Thoughts: Dont know why people are having so much trouble with this device. But I have had no problems, no dropped connections.

4 out of 5 eggsWorks with Raspberry Pi

Pros: 1) Does the job.

2) Works with Raspberry Pi, even plugged into
a Motorola Atrix Lapdock USB port.

Cons: Sometimes drops connection.
Not as good for picking up signal as the bigger wireless dongles.

Other Thoughts: For the price, it's a good deal.

Pros: No, since it didn't work

Cons: Worked only one time. then not only died (can't be recognized on windows, linux, mac), but also made adjacent USB port unavailable.

1 out of 5 eggsDon't buy it.

Pros: Cheap, Small, Working fine.

Cons: Slow, Week Connection,
Download Speed < 0.1Mbps

Other Thoughts: It's small, and it is working.
However, it was extremely slow.
When my laptop's wireless adpater can download soemthing over 2Mbps, this adapter is only able to download below 0.1Mbps.

4 out of 5 eggsneeded update

Pros: small, allows one less cable to clutter, range is adequate for what is needed, less than 5 ft. Signal strength shows maximum. Speed shows 72 Mbps, but my Internet speed is only 1 Mbps.

Cons: couldn't locate any networks using drivers off CD. After updating to v.3 from Tenda's website, www.tenda.cn, overwriting original, found my network and connected successfully. Unplugged ethernet cable and still had my connection.

Other Thoughts: XP MCE SP2 operating system, Dell Dimension 5100, using add-in usb card port.

4 out of 5 eggsTenda Wireless N150

Pros: Small, Reasonable signal strength. Installed without much difficulty. WIn 7 64bit
Price: Free after rebate.
manual (on cd) sucks

Cons: Seems to top out at 14mb down, capped. My onboard laptop wireless is 22-28mb down. Cat 5 wired 29Mb

Going through the manual to determine if there is some setting to change was a waste of time.

Other Thoughts: If I have pull the desktop out to a location that doesn't have a wired Ethernet connection this will work just fine.

1 out of 5 eggsIt BURNS my USB port !!!

Pros: FREE after REBATE?

Cons: Not only it doesn't work, it generates smokes and burns my USB port that I have to pull the melted thingy out right away with my fingers burned. Now one of my USB port is completely useless.

Other Thoughts: Talked to newegg after buying tons of other stuff. CSR was nice and said a replacement will be sent ASAP. Let's see when I'll get it. Not sure I'll try it again on my last USB port...
