Pros: I have used this 24 port switch for 3.4 years without any problems. i have pulled 780Mb or 78MB speed from my GB Nas doing 16GB in 5 minutes with Cat 5e. Like connection speed indicators off to side10/100/1000. Like sm fan, and carefully blow out basement dust every year.

Cons: If port is unused for a long time, Have to depower and restart. No problems otherwise.

Pros: Great Buy, 24 port gigabit switch for $101 with free shipping. It works great and was a great speed improvement over my 16 port 10/100 switch in my home. It's 19 inches wide and has a small fan which i like and has built in power supply which I like. It seems quality built and s was easy to set up and automatic .

Cons: 1 year warranty only. but it's so cheap. If it fails, I couldn't wait for repairs anyway, I would just buy a new one.
