Cons: This modem is no good because it can not recognized the other computers using WIFI feature. Other Thoughts: Don't waste your time and money on this modem. Seems fast enough Cons: I put this in bridge mode, which is supposed to shut off the wifi transmitter completely, yet it's still broadcasting a hidden network. I've tried every setting there is in the menus Others have reported similar issues. Google "TG862 hidden network" Also, despite the item description including specifics about the battery - there is no battery included. I'm considering returning this, but I have the Xfinity voice service, and modems for that are few and far between. 2 out of 4 people found this review helpful. Did you? Wireless connection is intermediate , Some times i get only 5.09 and the highest i get is 22.06 when my internet speed is suppost to be 75 mbps .. I would NOT buy this if you intend to use it for the wireless .. Other Thoughts: My computer is like 18 ft from this router but still cant get a good wireless connection ..I hooked up 4 different ARRIS modems and NONE of them go me over 22mbps 4 out of 4 people found this review helpful.
