Pros: Was able to identify both a software conflict, as well as a CPU error that was causing a random BSOD (Blue Screen Of Death). Used the info & a copy of the chat with Tech to get AMD to replace my CPU for free. I prefer AMD Over Intel, I find them more reliable, lower in price and just as fast. They in fact pay Intel to use some of their tech, in the design of the AMD Chips.

Other Thoughts: Very polite, & chat can be saved, to provide warranty info, also available after normal daytime help isn't

Pros: Much faster PC, smoother operation. This is the best method to really get rid of hidden problems.

Cons: Somewhat expensive.

Pros: I told him what was wrong ,and took control of the computer ,and took all pop ups and fix what ailed my computer.

Cons: I have no cons
