I never did any actual speed tests other than it doesn't take as long to copy DVD ISO images between two devices with gigabit NICs as it does with a 10/100 so its speed seems okay. Cons: One PC, a Zotac ITX board with a RealTek gigabit NIC would not work at all when directly plugged into this switch. Had to use another switch between the PC and the switch. It also came with 6 silicon 2.5 hard drive carriers, that I never seen was included. Have seen many of these types very flimsy, but this one is solid! Get this one!
