5 out of 5 eggsNeeded for Dual NIC on a new system without PCI

Pros: Some systems I got recently needed a second NIC but most NICs I had available were the old style PCI connection. These did the job fine.

Cons: Really can't think of any

5 out of 5 eggsExcellent value

Pros: Got this card to replace dead on board Ethernet port. For some reason, it feels faster than what I had on the motherboard. Can't beat it for the price. Comes with an extra low profile bracket in case you need it.

Cons: None at this price

5 out of 5 eggsSimples.

Pros: I snapped it in and it works. Works in Linux (Kernel 3.x+), Mac OS 10.9+, OpenBSD, FreeBSD. I am pretty sure it works in Windows, but haven't tested it myself.

Cons: Not so far.

5 out of 5 eggsworks great

Pros: Low cost, and comes with low profile bracket.

Cons: None.

Other Thoughts: This card was instantly detected under Ubuntu 14.04 Server. It also worked in Vista after installing the drivers.

5 out of 5 eggsUpgrade from onboard Realtek 10/100

Pros: LP Bracket came with. Dissabled onboard NIC in the Bios. Card pluged right in to the motherboards only PCIexpress X1 slot.
Fired right up on next boot.

Cons: Drivers from the included disk had to tell Windows 7 device manager what it was. (Might have plug&play for other windows versions).

Other Thoughts: Running 3 weeks now on 6+ year old HP Pavilion a6112n (x-Vista) PC.

5 out of 5 eggsJust buy it!

Pros: Inexpensive, worked where two other brands did not. As soon as we installed it it worked immediately without any hassle. Running under Windows 7 Professional 64 bit.

Cons: None. It worked perfectly out of the box. Didn't even have to use the CD driver disk that was provided.

Other Thoughts: Just buy it and be happy.
