Pros: Bought two of these both worked great.
Connected this to a 2 pair only (half-ethernet cable) and got a clean 100Mbs connection... which shocked me.
Solid 1Gbs connection on a full cable. Very clean.
Price was good.

Cons: None

Other Thoughts: I bought two, thrilled with both. Recommend this especially for those who wish to upgrade an older computer.

Pros: I've only had it for 2 days but it works amazing so far and has different instructions for windows XP witch is what I have and windows 7/8 and they make sense and are easy to follow and do.

Pros: UPS Mail Packaged well, works better than expected. I bought refurbished H/P COMPAQ 6005 PRO
Phenom II X3 3.0 GHz 4 GB, 250 GB HDD, Windows 7 Professional 64-Bit AMD II 3.0GHz 3 core, 4gig ram, unadvertised 1G NIC. I received stable 4 core, 3.2 GHz, on-board 1 G/S Intranet, sustaining 125-130 MBS USB3 xfer rate. I Bought Giaga Byte NIC, when it was unadvertised on-board. So this box was returned with USB3 and 1 Gig NIC! - regards Domenic

Other Thoughts: Bought refurbished consumer rated AM3 computer and was sent Pro-rated, AM4, a step or two better than what I bought.

Pros: The card is small and drop-in ready with Windows 7. Can't ask for more.

Cons: None so far. Did a great job of replacing the defective LAN port on my wife's new motherboard.
