5 out of 5 eggsSuper fast and super strong!

Pros: This thing is great easy installation,2 year warranty unlimited tech support, super fast.and it might not increase your reception or the amount of bars you have, but that is not bad because with three bars you can watch or stream a video 720p with no buffering!

Cons: their is one tiny con and that is that it does not improve bars of WiFi that much but that is OK because the strength of the bars that you get now is greatly improved

Other Thoughts: Over all i highly recommend this it greatly improves the speed of your computer

5 out of 5 eggsTsk, tsk. Advertised speeds only possible with decent ISP bandwidth and a better router

Pros: Price, I paid more when it first came out and reviews were favorable. I had done research and understood what was necessary to obtain optimal wireless speeds in a 2700 square foot home. The wireless signal from the Asus RTN66U router had to go through a few interior and exterior walls to get to my HTPC on the other side of the house. Wireless speeds have always been 300 Mbps on the less used channel of the router with this adapter so I knew that you need a better router that matches the adapter card as well as guaranteed 15-25 Mbps from your ISP

Cons: Harder to find the interface on newer motherboards nowadays

Other Thoughts: Before complaining, other users should note that the vendor's promised speeds will only present themselves when you have better than average bandwidth offered by your ISP and a dual channel router like mine. Of course, it's up to the user to investigate where bottlenecks are and address them before condemning the wireless card. Knowledge is a beautiful thing.

5 out of 5 eggsDon't expect better speeds with a cheap router and poor ISP bandwidth

Pros: price, I paid more when I read reviews on its abilities. I put it in my HTPC on the other side of the house with signals going through interior and exterior walls. My wireless connection has been consistent at 300 Mbps with an Asus RTN66U router and cable internet.

Cons: The interface is getting harder and harder to find on the new motherboards.

Other Thoughts: Before complaining, other users should note that the vendor's promised speeds will only present themselves when you have a better than average bandwidth offered by your ISP and a dual channel router like mine. Of course, it's up to the user to investigate where bottlenecks are and address them before condemning the wireless card. Knowledge is a beautiful thing.

2 out of 5 eggsMeh

Pros: Easy to set up

Cons: Bad range. My router is down the hall, about 20 feet away from my desktop. With this wifi adapter, I was only able to get 2/5 bars of signal. Download speeds constantly fluctuated and loading times/speeds were very slow. Ended up returning and purchasing a different adapter.

5 out of 5 eggsProperly Quick

Pros: It is much faster than and USP adapter I've used. It's internal and has adjustable antennas.

5 out of 5 eggsSimple and fast

Pros: For the price, it works really well. Download speeds never go below advertised. All you have to do is install it on the motherboard and you're good to go.

Cons: No 5ghz, but given the price range it's expected.

1 out of 5 eggsGreat until it wasn't

Pros: Easy install and trouble free performance until...nothing

Cons: Card died without notice which happens but customer service just stalled me with robotic questions for 10 days. Last purchase forme from TP-Link. Of course Newegg great as usual.

5 out of 5 eggsWorks beautifully on Linux

Pros: Works out of the box on my Ubuntu 14.04 computer. Getting 30 Mbps down and 8 Mbps, which is the same as what Comcast advertises for my plan.

Cons: It's green, which is kind of a boring color for electronics, and reminds me of the Netis WF2113 that I bought which is a piece of junk.

Other Thoughts: <3 you TP-link

2 out of 5 eggsGreat when it works.

Pros: Its great when it works and I get great upload speeds and download speeds.

Cons: I get frequent glitches. Windows will say that I still have a connection to my router . However, My skype will say that it is trying to connect to the server. Also I get lots of connection problems in games. For example i'll be playing Counter Strike Global Offensive and my game will just freeze. I can go to the pause menu and exit but my game will be frozen. And then it will say "Disconecting in 30 secs" or something like that. Also my router is across the hall and I only get 4/5 bars max. Rarely 5.

Other Thoughts: Sad to see a great product fail on me.
