Cons: I bought 2 of these because I needed Qos and POE for Voip Phones and wanted a Gig switch that wasn't going to cost a ton. I was very disappointed when i hooked this up and realized that there's 48 100mb ports, and 4 gig up-link ports... Its advertised as 10/100/1000 poe/cos switch which is not the case.
