It's a 24-port switch that uses SFP+ modules, not XFP like the description suggests, so it can do 1 gig or 10 gig only, no 10/100. You have to buy the SFP+ modules so factor that into your budgeting. Pros: Newegg doesn't seem to know what this product is so I'll fill in the blanks. It's a 24-port switch that uses SFP+ modules, not XFP like the description suggests, so it can do 1 gig or 10 gig only, no 10/100. You have to buy the SFP+ modules so factor that into your budgeting.

Cons: None; it's a great quality switch for the price.
