Pros: Easy assembly on the switch.

Cons: Should have been included with the switch but that's Cisco problem, nothing against the item or the seller.

Other Thoughts: Purchased from Cables & Kits. Fast shipping. And they give you M&M's with your order. How cool is that... :-)
