4 out of 5 eggsAwesome display - Lightweight and cool

Pros: -Display is crystal clear and smooth
-Lightweight and very portable
-Runs quiet (no noisy fan)
-It gets slightly warm to the touch but not much
-Backlit keyboard (keys are really smooth and very even (for someone who use a computer all day, I can really appreciate the high-quality keyboard)
-Recovery options are easy to use (if you want to go back to factory settings)
-Windows 7 compatible (did not say Windows 8 when I went through Boot Camp)
-SSD drive

Cons: -No FireWire ports
-No Ethernet port
-No optical drive (not a big deal for me but some people might consider this a con)
-I don't think it's Windows 8 compatible
-No recovery disks or partition that I saw (you hit OPTION+R to get to recovery menu and YES, you need a WIFI connection)
-Could use better support on how to install Boot Camp or Recovery back to factory defaults straight out of the box
-Battery is not removable
-RAM is NOT upgrade-able
-HDD is not easy to replace (ifixit dot com for help)

Other Thoughts: I was able to load Windows 7 with a little help (web searches) for some instructions.

5 out of 5 eggsBest Laptop I've ever owned!

Pros: > Amazing Graphics Quality
> Crystal Clear Retina Display Screen
> Big SSD Drive
> Windows Compatible Boot Service
> Super lightweight
> FAST i5 - Ivy Bridge Processor
> Great 8 Gb RAM
> Worth Every Penny!

Cons: > Not enough ports
> Costs too much to expand the SSD drive

Other Thoughts: Best Laptop I've ever owned! I replaced my Lenovo i7 with 500 Gb hard drive with which I had to replace the entire keyboard and had MANY MANY issues with overheating issues with this laptop.

This new MacBook Pro is incredible! The Crystal Clear Retina Display is truly a marvel. It's so noticeable when I came to work and used my regular i5 Dell work desktop with 2 screens. The colors seem amazing on this sweet laptop. I would recommend it to ANYONE who is looking to replace a Win/PC laptop. It's worth every penny! And get the Apple Care, it's also worth it! 3 year protection plan!
