Great Laptop and Service

Pros: This is the second Fujitsu laptop I bought in the past 6 months. My previous is a N6420. Both are outstanding. The setup is easy. My wireless network was quickly located. I love all the USB connections. I could go on and on, but you get the picture.

Cons: If you bought this or any high powered Fujitsu for battery use you'll be somewhat disappointed. I can actually see the meter dropping as I use it. These are high powered machines that compensate by going into lower power consumption while on battery, but you get a little more than an hour on average. No other issues.

Other Thoughts: I am amazed at Fujitsu Technical Service. Three days after receiving this laptop the pastor at my church corrupted the hard drive controller when he forced a shutdown while it was updating. Emails to Fujitsu service were answered within 6 hours (each time). They registered my product via the email and agreed that my problem was the HD controller. They overnighted a replacement hard drive and I was good like new within 30 minutes. Extraordinary service!
