5 out of 5 eggsAwesome

Pros: This computer has it all. Graphics card, processor, RAM, memory. It's sick. I would recommend this to anyone and especially for this price. The price for what you get is what sold me. This game runs every game on high graphics including crysis. everything runs smoothly and is just overall nice to use.

Cons: Sometimes programs will freeze and shut down windows. And also I dislike the usb ports and locations. and lots of unnecessary programs..

Other Thoughts: Recommend, thumbs up.

5 out of 5 eggsNotebook of greatness

Pros: The computer has no issues what so ever. The graphics card on the computer plays Aion: The tower of Eternity at full specs with over 60fps on the high power settings. The notebook has an Eco utility that when you are on the go it allows you to save a lot of your power. The Touchpad off switch is great when gaming so you don't move your mouse when playing games.

Cons: Only one. The touch pad when taped doesn't click, but that is only an issue because I am used to one that does.

Other Thoughts: The power adapter comes in 2 peices which makes it easy for transport and it disconnects pretty easy when it is pulled so it doesn't get pulled off of the desk.

5 out of 5 eggsThe Perfect Notebook

Pros: I needed a mobile laptop for gaming and all my other computing needs while I was away from my desktop. I didn't want to get a "gaming" laptop but I wanted something that would do a decent job playing WoW, CoD4, and other graphic intensive games with a budget of $800.

The Radeon handles it all impressively without a hiccup. For the price, this is an incredible notebook. It runs all these games perfectly, high fps, smooth, I was amazed. Watched DVD's, TV, music, browsing, everything runs smooth. Keyboard feels great and the machine is not heavy at all. You won't regret purchasing this Toshiba.

Has all the inputs I need. Lots of USB, reads my SD cards, has modem just in case you're stuck in the middle of nowhere, oh, and one of the greatest things about this notebook, the speakers. These speakers have to be the best ones I've heard on any laptop. They can really pump out the volume and it's crystal clear.

Cons: The only con I can think of is that the screen has to be at a certain angle to see everything correctly. If it's off just a few degrees, it looks either too dark or too light.

Other Thoughts: Free Windows 7 upgrade, runs all the latest games flawlessly, P/S is very light, this is one of the best purchases I've made.

4 out of 5 eggsNice for the price

Pros: As others have mentioned, the graphics card is a beast. Runs quietly. Looking forward to Windows 7. It generates SOME heat, but not too bad, especially in light of what the thing can run. The integrated speakers sound remarkably good, better than I had anticipated.

Cons: The display. While 16" widescreen is nice, the display on the machine I received suffers from the old LCD problem of unevenly distributed brightness. When looking directly at the screen, the top is a bit dimmer than the rest of the screen, while the bottom quarter seems overly bright. It's most noticeable when looking at a black screen, and appears to be directly related to how the thing is backlit; no adjustment rectifies it. Perhaps it's just the specific laptop I received.

I had a Fujitsu Lifebook I've used for the past seven years which had an absolutely phenomenal display. It's a shame that display technology hasn't become the standard, especially for PCs oriented toward gaming.

Other Thoughts: The built in camera is nice, if grainy.

4 out of 5 eggsNice Laptop !

Pros: Nice PC for the money. Seems to be a quality design and build. Heat doesn't seem to be an issue. It gets a little warm while gaming but nothing like the HP dv9000 I had (which became a brick after the MB fried, and HP wouldn't do anything to help). Easy to remove the trash software. Sound is awesome for a laptop.

Cons: My pc came with one dead pixel in the center of screen and Newegg will no longer replace laptops for dead pixels as they used to. By the looks of the box the damage probably happened during one of the famous UPS drop kicks. As always Newegg rocks, UPS doesn't.

Other Thoughts: Vista game rating 5.0. ATI graphics card is wonderful for the price. At this time I would highly recommend this machine. It seems to be very durable but only time can tell.

-THE PRICE

you wont find a laptop with this price of this quality.

Cons: like others said, a little bit of a fingerprint magnet

Other Thoughts: i dont believe the battery life should be a problem. if i do any gaming or something that would take 2 or more hours i'd be on ac power anyways.

5 out of 5 eggsAWESOME LAP TOP!

Pros: This is an amazing lap top for the price. The graphics card is amazing. Run's Call of Duty World at War amazingly. The free upgrade to windows 7 is also nice.

Cons: Would have prefered a 17in or 18in monitor but for the price you cannot beat this amazing deal!

5 out of 5 eggsAmazing

Pros: Graphics Card!!! DDR3
off button on the pointing device
sleek looking
Nice speakers
win 7 upgrade

Cons: Intel...Would much prefer an AMD processor but there wasnt one at this good of price with a good graphics card.

Other Thoughts: The reason I ordered this notebook was for use with Autocad and Revit. Revit is fairly high demand 3d design program for architecture, and this machine treats it far better than the core2quad machines at my university.

On a side note I havent found a game that this machine stutters at with high detail settings. It even plays crysis smooth with high details, and actually clicking the optimal settings button Crysis put the game on high for me.
