Pros: It's a good computer for the price. I picked it up for school use and I must say loads well and easily does any task I require it to.

Cons: Short Battery life and Speakers are on the quiet side. I'm too concerned with the latter as much as the former, but something I can easily take care of.

Acer Customer Service Sucks

Pros: Its a really nice laptop and easier to manuvere around in and I like that it has the # keypad off to the right.

Cons: I already had to contact Acer support because when i tried to load a printer software on for my son, it said I needed an administrator password in order to proceed with the setup. So after trying what I could before I called, I got someone after a few minutes on hold and after she tried talking her way around the problem from turning off the computer to undoing the battery, she told me to go in the Acer recovery under programs and there again it asked for my administrator password. I cannot change anything on the machine or add software. Then the girl told me I had to call back in a week because they were out of stock with the Windows 7 Recovery CD. I told her they should not be since its a brand new spanken computer. I asked why the Recovery CD and she told me that it was not installed properly from the factory. Go figure my luck!!! But why should I have to call back in a week to see even if they have the CD available. That is alot of ya know!!!!! If they only would have done it right

Other Thoughts: Love the computer all in all for a teenager its great! But Acer Customer Service/Techincal Service needs alot of help.
