5 out of 5 eggsPerfect traveler if you're running XP. Vista should never have come with it.

Pros: Once downgraded this machine is fantastic! It's truly a "notebook" and not a laptop as it's about the size of pad of paper. Okay. A thick pad of paper. Sony did a horrible disservice to it by bundling it with Vista instead of XP. If only Apple had made something like this instead of the slim but impractical MacBook Air.

Cons: It doesn't run Mac OS.
I work in IT and can no longer recommend Microsoft as anything other than a necessary evil. With Ballmer at the helm they're just another FORD (Fixed Or Repaired Daily) or GM of the computing world. It's actually nice to see them faulter. Vista did Apple a huge favor. I can only hope they know how to capitalize on it.

5 out of 5 eggsGreat little notebook!

Pros: This is a diminute jewel of a laptop, truly the size of a small notebook, that is super light and portable. Very crisp and bright lcd. Keyboard is very usable for the size. Battery run times of 4-5 hours. Once XP wsa installed, very fast boot and processing(was terrible w/Vista). Awesome wireless broadband connectivity through Sprint. Highly recommend if small is what your lookin for.

Cons: Pricey. Came w/Vista Business but I downgraded to WinXP Pro without issue. Trackpad is tiny so go with a small bluetooth mouse. This is a tiny, delicate product, so you need be very gentle with it. Get a good bag to protect while carrying. My battery lock latch broke within a week.

Other Thoughts: Sony USA not helpful at all with downgrade. Found EU site with perfect instructions and all drivers for going to XP.
